I take the Mayo version of the drug. I have a couple severe allergies and it’s the most helpful and I’ll be on it unless something better comes along. The other meds are similar, but Mayo’s is easier with it mixed together and doesn’t taste as bad.
I was at Mayo because I had developed a lot of nodules and mucus plugs in lungs and was diagnosed with bronchiectasis, which is chronic. I had it before Covid.
Do ask about how to get lungs cleared of mucus. I have a clearance routine that is probably over kill for you
