A little sweet now and then certainly can’t hurt. I enjoy my afternoon cup of tea and cookies. For some people, it can help maintain or increase their weight. I’m a firm believer in everything in moderation. Enjoy the day, Linda

It is interesting the things that we remember. I can still hear myself saying, many, many moons, ago in a discussion that one of the main keys to life is moderation. Sometimes though we don't realize we are overdoing something.....like a supposed simple exercise that can bring on peroneal tendonitis that I am now dealing with also. Oh well, we live and learn.
