Pain returns after standing or walking
I’m currently taking Gabapentin and amitriptyline which has helped, just breaking through in the evenings. It feels like I’ve entered a new phase in this. Now, after I stand or walk, even a little, no matter the time of day, the pain returns in my feet and shins. Then after I sit down for a while, it recedes.
Everything I read on posts, as well as my doctors, say how it is good for neuropathy to walk and stay active. I used to be very active. And now, it seems like the least of activity causes me pain.
Do any of you have this? Am I condemned to live the rest of my life on the sofa or in bed? I don’t know how to live this way.

Hi @heisenberg34
1st, let me tell you:
This is terrible by adding writing even I didn’t do it. Waiting thru Karen & me talking then the strange writtung… uggg…
2nd: I have TBI (mental injury problem) from an accident 12 yrs ago)
3rd: so for my back, in the lowest part on by back on my side, added 6 places on my bone/nerve. 20 years ago, that was “fixed on that side - only 1 part. That was great years ago. 2 yrs ago, I feel done on my garage-accident on my rear-ends when I moved falling down when my wife was parking in my garage. A step was wooden and going up those steps. I was black no lights cause my other doctor, who was working my new glasses that was darkung that moment.
Thx,

I hate this computer-system that writes new things, but not me. I sent everything to you of what I did. That moved of what I wrote to a new new person. This is trap - total crap.
You question, dear @heisenberg34 i was probably wrong of a nerve from my pain - that’s gone & done. I hope all of you taking care of meds uses is ok, I hope. I’ve done that pain for 2 years from walking/standing was horrible, but it’s now gine
