Yes - I have been on tymlos for 18 months and had loss of appetite. Make sure your calcium level is ok because high level of calcium could also be the cause.
I was able to gain back 5 of the 10 pounds lost by eating a lot when I was hungry. It was not easy since I always would stop when almost full, ( hard to change many years of “dieting”) I would eat approximately another 2-3 hundred calories after the time I would normally stop eating. Maybe low fat cheese or yogurt with berries.
My 18 month bone scan showed good results ( I posted on another post) and will continue until 2 years on tymlos.

Normal labs. Endocrinologist didn't think loss of appetite and weight was related to Tymlos, thus seeking the input from others.
