Fioricette with codeine works great for me for migraines. When I get the aura signaling a migraine is starting, I take Fioricette right away and it takes all the pain away. Usually, I don't know what side of the head the migraine has happened on until the next day (still get the day after migraine effects, but they are manageable). I do have to eat a couple pieces of bread to coat my stomach because the codeine always gives me awful stomach pains - the trade off.
