Thank you so much! I will try postural drainage next time. Do you have any side effects from the NAC? I bought some but have not taken any yet.

Yes, it is postural drainage.. I was writing too quickly!

It does seem to work for me. When I exhale.. it is a deep sound I make, so it does help shake up the phlegm.

Other people here had posted about NAC and that’s why I tried it. I mentioned it to my pulmonologist/ respirologist and that individual then said to try the product. I have no side effects from it and it has helped. I take it with my breakfast and another capsule with supper.
