If the EMG is normal then you are fine. I have had the same twitches as you have had for almost 20 years on and off. Developed Idiopathic peripheral neuropathy in both my feet three years ago. I have BFS and asked if my neuropathy was related to it. My neurologist said could be, but not likely I’m convinced they are related. The twitching is Irritating like a runny nose, but the neuropathy is terrible.

How old were you when you started having fascicualtions . My husband is 54 , he just started ( 5 months ago) so it is worrisome .
