Hello @freemental9242, Thanks for sharing the details of your struggle trying to find out what is causing your pain. One thing that jumped out at me because I have a deviated septum but chose not to have a septoplasty after a lengthy discussion with my Mayo ENT specialist was that your symptoms all started after you had a septoplasty in October 2023.
