Interesting. My doctor wants me to take it daily for two years (20 mg on non-sex/masturbation days, 100 mg on sex/masturbation days). The only noticeable side effect I've had is slight bradycardia when resting (heart rate 55) and sleeping (heart rate 47). TBH, I can't imagine life without it at this point. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I miss spontaneity but it's definitely better than nothing. I think it's worth the risk.
