I have not, BUT I did a purchase a red light therapy panel (MitoRedLight) that I use when I do kegels. It directs various wavelengths of red and near-infrared light at the perineum area (ureter underneath) - I had significant, persistent pain in this region post-surgery. I set it up with legs elevated and ankles resting on a box or the like and position myself 5-6 inches from panel in front of butt/perineum. I do 10-12 minutes sessions 20 to 30 seconds holds - 30 seconds rest/breathe. I don't know if it has helped, but I have regained significant continence from an initially-high-level incontinence post-surgery/catheter removal... It is 14 months post-surgery and I'm not perfect, but waaay better - can actually go out and do things, back to high-level mountain biking, travel, etc... Everyone is so different - some guys have told me they had the catheter pulled out and they were perfectly continent!!?? others have worse stories than mine...

Your situation is much better than mine. I had an operation on January 7th last year, and I still have 80% urinary incontinence in late July this year. By seeking help from libraries and hospitals in the US and UK, I am currently not incontinent at night, but I am still 60% incontinent during the day. It's so painful!
