I was a delivery driver for many years. I had problems with my back in 1993 and went through surgery on my L2-3 and was no better. I was off work for a year and was not one bit better. Up to this point after surgery if I squatted down and then stood up the pain would put me back on the floor crying. My physical therapist recommended a Physiatrist after I had seen several other doctors. He did some X-rays and injections. The next trip back to see him I told him the injections did not help so he put me on the examination table and looked at the length of my legs. He said one was hanging down 1 1:2 inches longer than the other. He then rolled me over to one side and adjusted my back like a chiropractor. When he got through he ask if I felt any better. I replied let me squat down and we will see. When I stood up there was no pain. My back was out of alignment from jumping out of those trucks. I got a few more adjustments from a chiropractor and went back to work. Try everything before you try anything invasive to the body.
Thanks for Ur response, too late as far as invasive. But I stumbled upon physiatrist and am hoping they can at least point me in the right direction to straighten this mess out....
