I have had 4 Back Surgeries. I'm 86 and have Balance problems from the Neuropathy and the Surgeries. I went to Physical Therapy for 3 years and I'm now doing all my exercises at home. My quadriceps and calves are very developed at this time from all my exercises to strengthen my legs I also do balance exercises using balance pad. Unfortunately my balance hasn't improved much. I still need a cane. Has anyone found a Physician who says he can really treat Neuropathy. I've taken Gabapenten 3x a day for over 10 years doesn't help balance.

Hello from Colorado!
I wish I had better news, Ma'am, but aside from (legal) Medical Marijuana, Gabapentin and Pregabalin (Lyrica) are the only two things I have used to wrestle with this darned Peripheral Neuropathy pain.
There are a couple of other similar products out there, but I haven't tried those.
Now, in my case these medications were prescribed to help with the severe pain I was having at bedtime, not to help with any balance issues I have.

There are MANY physical therapy exercises you can do daily that will help you with your balance!! 🙂 Look on YouTube for videos where physical therapists demonstrate "exercises for balance problems with peripheral neuropathy" and you will see many helpful things to do! 🙂
