Description

This support group is for patients with muscular dystrophy and their family members and caregivers. Join us online to learn and share experiences with each other.

Groups meets the first Monday of each month on Zoom from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. ET (find your time zone)

Preregistration is required.

Contact Neuroscience Social Work at 904-953-0332 to pre-register for group and you will be added to the email list to receive the link to group every month.
