Side effects with Baby Tamoxifen (low-dose tamoxifen)

For people who have taken low-dose (5mg) tamoxifen, what have your experiences been with side effects? What side effects have you had, how quickly did they start, and what was the severity?

When she prescribed it she said 5 years. If it helps to stay on it longer and I continue to have no side effects, I would certainly stay on it longer if recommended.

No one ever suggested or discussed that for my situation.

I believe I have read 3 years some place too. My doctor at Mayo definitely said 5 years though.
