@marybloom60 I am unfamiliar with the mental health symptoms associated with fluoroquinolone toxicity syndrome. I did some research with Google Scholar and I did find any information concerning the physical symptoms associated with this syndrome but limited information about mental health symptoms. The mental health symptoms are included in the article below as Effects on the Central Nervous System. which included anxiety and depression. I did not find any mention of PTSD. Was your daughter previously diagnosed with PTSD?

EMDR is one of the treatments for PTSD and it's possible that a mental health provider (psychologist or social worker) in Rochester or Mayo Clinic offers this treatment. Trying to locate a mental health provider who offers a particular modality of treatment often takes some digging.

Here is a website that might help.

Yes, my daughter has a complicated dynamic with prior ptsd and some asd traits. She is a very intelligent, educated person but due to being blind sided by this severe reaction to one dose of levoquon two years ago, is very weary of medical professionals. Trying to find a provider who would understand that this syndrome is real and "not all in her head" as the article you shared explains.
