Muscles ache more in ageing

My purpose with this topic was to see if this problem is age related or
just me. I'm still unsure but I'm going to try a highly recommended
masseuse and then approach my local doctors which the Mayo Clinic insists
on. I don't have much hope for that approach. Then I'll contact Mayo.

Although I continue to see my PCP and endocrinologist, I recognize that they have limitations based on the medical system they are working in. It is difficult for doctors to practice individualized medicine with the time allotted and the algorithms of these large systems. I wish that I'd seen a functional medicine provider much sooner. I now feel as though I have a more balanced team helping me. I am assuming you are male and wonder if you have had your testosterone levels checked. Low testosterone could be a contributing factor. My belief is that it is a good idea to get medical evaluations in order to rule out conditions that factor in concerning your issues. I am not a medical professional just a regular person trying to navigatey own healthcare.
