You don't mention if you have spoken with your PCP about this or have had any tests to see if there is a structural issues that could be creating or exacerbating your discomfort.

My purpose with this topic was to see if this problem is age related or
just me. I'm still unsure but I'm going to try a highly recommended
masseuse and then approach my local doctors which the Mayo Clinic insists
on. I don't have much hope for that approach. Then I'll contact Mayo.
