I’ve been taking benzos for so many years and had stomach problems for so many years, I’m not sure which was first. If they are responsible for the damage, I wonder if stopping them will make it go away? My gut issues now affect my mood, my appetite, and my sleep to name a few. No one has ever mentioned their relation to medication. Starting to see just how little use some doctors are. Very sad. I have tried stool softeners with no help. I’m at the point where I have a gurgling stomach from what I’ve taken to help or from the daily pain. It’s kind of there no matter what.
