I only had covid once, in January of 2022, and feel bad that you have had it three times and are now cold and have dysautonomia. I have autonomic testing scheduled for early December, but I feel that my thermoregulation issues are caused by dysautonomia, too. Have you tried treatments that haven't worked or are there no treatments out there?

I take LDN now, since February, started at 3mgs once daily now take 4.5 mgs once daily. It’s helped tremendously with neurological symptoms of horrible vibrations and rumbling in my head and constant pain on the top right of my head. Maybe with fatigue as well though I think that’s gotten better in its own. I don’t think it’s helped with temperature regulation. But you can try it if a doc will prescribe it for you. I get mine from a pharmacy in Florida.
LDN is low dose naltrexone- what’s in Narcan for drug overdose. No side effects usually. Good luck !
