I have had lifelong anxiety and was diagnosed with something called Burning Mouth Syndrome back in 2021. It is a general neuralgia and neuropathy of the fifth cranial nerve which causes burning in the throat, tongue, gums and palate. Can also cause generalized pain in the mouth spreading to the base of the tongue and sinuses.
It can be miserable when it flares up and is almost 100% of the time associated with spikes in my stress level and negative life events. That being said, I have had numerous “ghost” issues with different systems throughout my body over the years caused by anxiety. Chest pain and chest wall, pain, back pain, prickly, a rhythm is such as PVCs and PACs, ringing in the ears, etc. Anxiety and stress can do crazy things to the body as the mind and body really are tied together very closely. Just try to, take a breath and separate the emotional side of your life from the physical side. Good luck.

I had burning mouth syndrome for a few years. Was on neurontin, however, chewing sugarless gum worked the best!
