I had a similar problem with my legs vibrating during the night. After much research and meetings with my doctor, I realized the problem was my left leg. About 4-5 years ago, I had an outbreak of shingles on my left leg and left foot. The vibration seems to be because of the nerve damage in that leg. Nothing can be done, so I just roll over to a different position!!! Also, my left foot gets very cold at times. Nerve damage cannot be reversed..

@bobbelu I just wanted to respond to the "nerve damage cannot be reversed." I haven't been to my acupuncturist since Covid hit. I knew she moved so went online to get the new address and the old phone number to call an make an appointment.
The reason I responded is that under "coments" a gentleman who had lost the top of his thumb was having constant pain in the area of his thumb that is no longer there. He said it was driving him crazy, and numbness from nerve damage had started to travel up into his forefinger. He went to Melissa, my acupuncturist and he said it is 100% gone and he goes in about 2 times a year to make certain it stays that way. Sometimes it can be reversed.
