I have had two dental implants fail (they just fell out) due to inadequate bone in my jaw, even after bone grafts. I have read that just having implants puts you at higher risk of neocronosis of the jaw (with biophosphonates) but I haven’t found any info on how much it increases your risk. My endocrinologist doesn’t know. That is a concern for me.
