I use Naot shoe inserts on top of the original shoe inserts instead of a replacement for. The best thing to do is to go to a Naot store, try a pair and see how they feel. They may be the best thing ever or an ugh for you.

They cost about $50, a lot less than their $200 shoe and can be moved from one pair to another.
