I got the results online from my A1c test. It was normal. I will probably get a message from my doctor today. My guess is she will treat the GTT as an aberration. I have gained about 20 pounds in the last 2 years and despite watching what i eat and upping my exercise, i can’t seem to lose weight. Other than dropping to 1000 calories a day, i don’t know what to do.

Same here. Shockingly. I’m on a modified keto, no sugar, starch, flour, no red meat. My glucose is 111, cholesterol 200. I ride bike 7 miles/day. Don’t know what else to do?

Ozempic or weight loss equivalent. Works great, but may take 6mo before you get results. It consists of self-administered pen type shot only once per week. Not a problem! You will see as weight number goes down so does your glucose number.
Might be beneficial to consider you may be glucose intolerant and you may be manifesting digestion abnormality.
