You may benefit from adding a neurologist to your provider list to get EMG/nerve conduction testing. I’m assuming your MRIs were of spine and hips. If you did not get an MRI of your hips, you may need to see a hip specialist if your orthopedic mainly specializes in the spine.
Have you ever been tested for viruses that lay dormant in your nervous system and get triggered and surface to cause nerve pain? Some viruses may cause hip/buttock and leg pain (like HSV).
