My husband was diagnosed with adenosquamous pancreatic cancer in Nov 2023. He had a partial pancreatectomy with removal of surrounding lymph nodes and removal of spleen. 2 lymph nodes came back positive. Staging was 2B. He had 6 mo of Folfirinox chemo and is currently cancer free. He had the sinatera MRD test done which came back negative as well. He will go back for CT & labs in Dec.

I am curious if anyone else with ASPC has taken the Sinatera test and if it was effective detecting this fairly rare type of pancreatic cancer?
