Prayers are very appreciated! I have been, several times. They looked at a brain MRI and said it was normal. Well, normal for me. I have 3 lesions on my brain that have been there since my first scan in 2018 but haven't grown, and I'm told I've probably had them since I was a teen and they are in a dormant part of my brain.

I'm hoping this is just some kind of inner ear fluid issue, seems odd that it would affect my neck and face too though. I have so many issues that I can't tell normal from abnormal anymore. I did have a similar ear fullness a few weeks back and thought I was getting sick, but ended up going away a couple days in like this, but no dizziness or ringing then.
