@horseofcourse137 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! Your fatigue must be so awful to deal with! You say that your B6 and B12 levels are high but the doctor says they’re “ok”? You might make another appointment with the hematologist and ask specific questions about the 2 levels.
These articles on B6 and B12 don’t say anything about problems about high serum levels of the two vitamins. The article on B-12 does mention fatigue as a side effect.

Make a list of questions to ask your doctor. How do you think the doctor will respond to your questions?

Thanks for the links. My primary dr has told me to quit any taking any vitamin B supplements. Only B vitamins I found I was taking was in Heliocare which my dermatologist recommended since I’m fair skinned and have had skin cancers.
The B6 link says something about painful skin lesions. I’m 8 weeks post being diagnosed with shingles still having Postherpetic neuralgia pain, getting better but still there.
Another thing my red blood cells are larger than normal and has been for years, which I’ve read can be Macrocytic anemia. All rather confusing but I imagine all play a part in my issue. I think I need to see my hematologist again and ask some questions. Thanks again!
