I found out I had Sjogrens first then about 8 mos later was diagnosed with gastroparesis. I’m also extremely gluten sensitive so that’s a big challenge for me too!

I have gastroparesis, sjogrens and raynauds. I am also gluten and dairy intolerant it makes it hard to find foods to eat. When I try to eat healthy I end up getting something stuck and have to take magnesium citrate the liquid and only have liquids until I feel that it’s moved thru. I quit going to the dr for any of this I just handle it on my own but believe it or not it’s hard to loose weight because I can’t eat the healthy foods I want to eat.
