What to do for uneven hips?
What to do for uneven hips. I believe thru MRI of the spine, I have several issues. Wondering if this could be a part of my uneven hips and knee buckling? I also have peripheral neuropathy from chemo and cannot feel my feet. Any suggestions?

I'm curious what type of foot surgery you had. I had multiple neuroma ones on my feet that have left them much worse over many years. I also have spine issues that affect the feet.
I have so many symptoms very similar to many of you. I actually was told I had bilateral gluteal tendon tears when they did a MRI of my pelvis and found them in consequentially. But then I understood why I had such pain in my buttocks I pray That all of you find the right provider to help you feel better. I am feeling that way myself that most people either don’t do those surgeries in the buttocks and they are not easy surgeries to recover from. But I also have a condition that affects the ligaments and tendons and soft tissues. My thoughts and prayers are with you all!🙏
And my back is a mess as well as the rest of my joints! But they say the condition I have is not inflammatory so there’s really not much I can do other than NSAIDS which are not good for other issues I have. I also go to pain management and things were helping for a while, and I am planning on some more RFA, but the last set of RFA in a different area did not work as well this time. So I don’t know what my future will be. I may have to go to a major city for specialist. But I am definitely trying not to have surgery. Difficult to recover when you live alone.
Thanks so much for giving me the information. I, too, feel that my problems with knee buckling is due to back issues. I haven't had PT for a few years now. I think I should try it again.
Thanks,
Angie
As result of the inflammatory condition I have that attacks my joints...I had a painful left big toe joint. Basically a bunion surgery but for different reason.
When you say you have uneven hips, I’m wondering if this could be something as simple as uneven leg lengths. That is extremely common. A clue is that one pant leg will look longer than the other when you’re dressed. Your leg length can be measured and compared. It’s not unusual to have a half to One and a half inch discrepancy between right and left side. The simple fix is a heel lift which can be purchased in expensively on Amazon that slips inside the heel of the shoe of your short leg. This levels your hips and relieves some of the associated hip and back pain. The lifts come in different heights and some are adjustable. They are inexpensive and can make a world of difference in improving the mechanics of walking and posture.
When I had hip replacement last time my doctor had the robot even my legs. I wound up needing a 3cm
Correction which resulted in a $75 cost every time I got new shoes. I now have lots of shoes and feel like Imelda Marcos.
The heel lift i use is 1.25 inches high (about 3 cm). It fits inside your shoe and is about $10 on Amazon. You can move it to different shoes and might be worth a try. It’s washable, firm foam and they last a long time.
Actually, the robot fixed my legs. I didn't explain it right I don't need any lifts now.
