What is the possibility of moving? If it gets too bad, I would think that moving would be a great option. Not an easy option, but, perhaps better than having to put up with that nonsense. If you mention to your landlord that you are considering moving due to neighbors activities, he/she may be able to resolve the issue.

Hi I live on Vanciuver Island, Canada. Nothing but illicit drug manufacturing so I have moved 7 times in the last three years, all because of toxic fumes coming into my apartments. RCMP and landlords basically tell me I have a mental problem and will do nothing. It is a horror show. Meth manufacturing toxic fumes can just about drive you crazy ie severe headaches, sore eyes, nostrils and mouth, nausea and no sleep. NO ONE WILL HELP ME. I have nerve damage in my head, extreme anxiety, pins and needles in my head, internal tremors, puffy ankles and weight gain and now can't afford another move nor can my 82 year old body take another move. No human should have to live in this crap..it is living in HELL.

In my experience with landlords, they don’t really care as long as they are raking in their rent. As soon as one tenant leaves, they are free to jack up the rent after doing some “renovations” to the unit, and just get another tenant. Former tenant is the one left with the inconvenience of a move.
