My Dr. gave me this too. I am now in process of trying to figure out the best dose for me.

After a few months, it seems my best dose is one per day. Thing is you have to be careful when you take in respect to other meds or supplements. It's recommended to take it no sooner than 1 hours after other meds and to take no other meds/supplements until 4 hours after taking it due to it soaking up the other meds. It is working great for me.
