@dkelban Yes, exercise is mind over matter. Some days I have to talk myself into walking, but I’m always glad I did. Today was a good day for exercise! I kept meeting friends and would walk with them. I ended up doing 2miles! A real record-breaker for this slow poke! I used to do 3 miles before Clippers!

What do you think would motivate you? Special cookies when you get home? Or, how about that special movie on TV tonight. Watching is only allowed if you done your walk. If you can walk every day, regardless of the weather, it will vey soon become a habit!

Thanks for your reply. Having company would indeed help. So far, though I have good friends, my outreach has been futile. Everyone does their own thing. There are meetup.Com walks.
