Thanks for your input. Exercise can help but I have to force myself. I used to exercise a lot and often. Now... not so much. Lack of motivation. Do you find that mental effort is causes fatigue also? I now get quite fatigued after practicing guitar for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

@dkelban Yes, exercise is mind over matter. Some days I have to talk myself into walking, but I’m always glad I did. Today was a good day for exercise! I kept meeting friends and would walk with them. I ended up doing 2miles! A real record-breaker for this slow poke! I used to do 3 miles before Clippers!
Here is a support group that might get you started:

What do you think would motivate you? Special cookies when you get home? Or, how about that special movie on TV tonight. Watching is only allowed if you done your walk. If you can walk every day, regardless of the weather, it will vey soon become a habit!
What reward can you promise yourself?

If you aree able to exercise...GO FOR IT! I would love to be able to exercise. My chronic severe pain ramps up to terrible levels after just ten or fifteen minutes of exercising. So, do it while you can.
