Daughter suffers a brachial plexus injury from birth
My daughter got stuck in the birth canal and was pulled out by her head damaging all 5 root endings of her brachial plexus, at birth. Thus resulting in no movement of her wrist, hand and fingers. She moves her arm with her shoulder muscles and has already had a mod quad surgery performed by Dr.Nath, in 2010. Are there any new procedures, that you are aware of that may help her gain movement in her wrist, hand/fingers? Any information will be appreciated, thank you♡

Should you wish to get a second opinion at Mayo Clinic, you'll find the contact information of all 3 campuses at this link http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63
Thank you so much. Of the 3 campuses, Jacksonville is included in those?
Yes, Jacksonville FL, Phoenix AZ and Rochester MN are the 3 campuses. Call the appointment department and they will work with you, review your daughter's medical history with Mayo Clinic experts and propose options. All the best.
Thank you. We live 2.5 hours from Jacksonville, making the trip is not a problem if it is a comprehensive appt.
