I started on a Dulara inhaler. I was shortly moved in to Trelegy Ellipta 200. I was unable to detect the difference . You are probably the best judge of the comparison you speak of. Try the Trelegy for a bit and see how you react to it. It is a tier 3 drug on my Advantage plan. I am having to change plans for 2025. My plan has set the copay on it at 25% for 2025. My cost would be over 200$ a month. Watch your benefit position if you are on this drug . I wish you love and light , Crys

Previously I was on brestri. Due to rheumatoid arthritis I had trouble pressing the dispenser quick enough to get the dose. Hence, the doctor put me on trelegy. I was just wondering if my various issues might be related to the trelegy. They are not always consistent so it could be allergy or something. I plan to discuss it with the doctor at my visit this month.

Be careful with all advantage plans. Many hospitals do not accept or have very high copayment. A supplement is a much better choice. In the long run more cost effective.
