There is a patient library somewhere on subway level. There is an awesome quiet computer room and the reading area has loungers! Nothing better than getting the feet elevated. Lastly, each surgery floor seems to have a family waiting room with coffee, tea, and a screen which shows updates on the surgery (when it starts, when in recovery, etc)
