I suffer from Clinical Depression since 2012 & find that some days are better than others. But yes I do feel like it is a heavy weight on Me.

Same for me . Depression and anxiety are debilitating ! We understand each other , because no one knows what it is like to walk in our shoes . I am trying so hard . I am on meds and do therapy . I am terrified to change meds because of withdrawals and my husband is battling cancer . Been on Zolloff for so long . Unfortunately had too add a benzo two years ago when his cancer reoccured . I also still
have Covid anxiety 😥. Anyone else in the same position ?
