Is there any med that relieves mild but constant pain?

I think I saw information on this before but if so I can't find it now. I need help finding someone that will prescribe LDN for me. My primary care provider was unfamiliar with it but did look into it and my pain doctor does not work with it. So where do I go, at least where do I begin?

I got my LDN prescription from an Osteopathic physician. They tend to be more into trying alternatives than your average PCP.
