P.S. Another thought is to see an immunologist to check allergies, a gastrointestinal doctor for celiac (endoscopy), and nutritionist/dietitian for diet changes to reduce inflammation.

Allergies are important. I need to add that to my diagnostic list. < sigh>

I know I have a billion contact allergies and a dust mite allergy. But I haven't tested air-born allergies in years (probably a decade). I may have more now. And I'm really not sure how to best test food allergies. I know I'm allergic to bell peppers and some red dyes. That's about it.
