Hi, I started sleeping with my socks on about a year ago and it really helps my neuropathy.
But still feels like I'm walking on broken glass. I hope it helps 🙏

I try to walk at least a mile daily if possible. it seems to help as I'm walking, I always feel the pain as I try to sleep.
I have different gadgets that give my feet shocks, massages and vibrations. Does this help any one else.
Its just short term relief for me. I also have professional foot massages and reflexology. it feels good, but I still feel numb.

I’ve tried socks on my feet and blanket lifter….neither worked. Someone here mentioned having 1 Tbsp, of mustard before bed, and I did get a little relief. My guess is because of the Tumeric/curcumin ingredient. This disease is very hard to deal with, but this support group gives us much to share.😊

I can't stand the sheet touching my feet.
But socks help my feet with cramping when I lay down.

They make blanket lifters that keep the blankets and sheet off of your feet. If you haven't seen them, here are a few different ones - https://www.amazon.com/s?k=blanket+lifter+for+feet&crid=2VSAV2TU9DLTY&sprefix=blanket+li%2Caps%2C150&ref=nb_sb_ss_pltr-mrr_2_10
