@daisy17 Traditional Medicare certainly does not require fractures before it will pay for Evenity.
I have no experience with medicate advantage plans but I would guess that it would be up to each plan whether the cover and the details of that coverage.
I have a Medicare Advantage Plan too but I have fractures. I would call your plan. If your DEXA scores are below a certain level you might get coverage. In any case your doctor can write a letter of medical necessity or do an authorization or whatever. Let us know!
