I’ve had RA for over 25 years and PMR for the last 3 years. Lots of drugs,biologics,methotrexate and prednisone…..my daughter recently bought me a grounding sheet to try. I noticed a difference right away as I was less sore in the morning and seemingly got into a deeper sleep for a longer period of time….was usually restless tossing and turning etc. I’m still using it today and sleeping good now…Also now on Kevzara which enabled me to finally get off prednisone which was very difficult for me to taper off of.
