Anyone had swelling of ankles/feet and calves with neuropathy?

I have severe neuropathy in my feet, getting milder as it goes up my shins. And mild neuropathy in my hands. Only swelling I have is in my right calf. Had it the whole time. Nothing seems to work

Same here with me.
My feet are totally numb and it travels up my legs to my thighs.
My right ankle and lower leg is swollen constantly.
Even tried a diuretic and that didn’t help alleviate the swelling.
About 5 yrs ago I did break that ankle and I had many surgeries with pins and screws inserted.
Maybe that’s why it still swells
