gangcarotid1 Congratulations on a successful surgery and what a great outcome that the doctors were able to save the kidney. And what a great husband you have. Yes, he is a saint! Wishing you continue healing, health, and strength. ❤️

My heart is so full of gratitude, hope and joy. I've had literally hundreds of people praying and thinking good thoughts for me. I'm not overly religious, but I definitely have that feeling some people get when they have this kind of second chance: God's not finished w me yet. No I'm not gonna go join some crazy movement, not going to head to a church. My 'church' is between me and God. I am planning on doing some paying it forward if and when I can. I signed up for 2 research studies thru this, turned down 1. These people have gotten so good at this because people raised their hand. Probably won't help me, but very likely could make a difference for someone else's mom, daughter, Grandma, wife, sister.
Thank u for the congratulations.. I wish you all success too. Will likely report back w my followup scans, blood draw, urinalysis in 3 mos.
