Hey @steve55, I just wanted to make sure you got a welcome. Good tip on checking for low iron or low red blood cells.

Have you also been diagnosed with or caring for someone with head and neck cancer?

Thanks for the welcome Colleen. I was diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer when I was 48. Treated with chemo and radiation successfully with no reoccurrence and little to no side effects until recently. I am now 68 and the last 3-4 years I’ve developed swallowing issues , aspiration and voice issues. These are many of the problems people write about in the blog. I’ve also been dealing with anemia which is why I made the suggestion I did. I too had fatigue and chills.
