Welcome @fairwinds24, I see that you have been a member since February and this is your first post. Sorry to hear you have neuropathy that appears to be caused by using cleaning agents. I'm not sure but I think PPE might be referring to personal protective equipment. While you wait for other members to respond you might find the following discussion helpful:

thanks for the comeback...the hearing will be in appeal mode soon...the more i think about it. it has dawned on me how seemingly biased the whole system is when the triangle won't fit in their square hole...the ALJ was totally horrible
