Hi, John: I had been reading posts re: nerve & spinal stenosis pain specifically, and several members posted re how they use CBD/THC products, but had specific questions I thought Chris might be able to answer. Could she forward you the message I sent to her? Meantime, I will check the link you sent me.
Thanks,
Deborah (bayhorse)

I have been using medical marijuana for about 6 years and was lucky at the beginning to get counseled by a wonderful man who said to go slow and low. My med. marijuana doctor had ordered too much and at too high a level. I needed it so much before I had my right hip replaced. So I take half of a 10:10 of THC to CBD. I always do the 1:1 as I don't get high. James had told me that the CBD would offset the THC's highness. Since I have balance problems, I don't want to get highor dizzy It helps take away the pain and really helps me sleep. I hope this helps.

Hi. I agree with @johnbishop. I’ve tried it multiple times, multiple ways.. I just don’t like the way that I feel. But CBD does help me way better. I don’t know if I’m allowed to mention brand names in here. If yes, message me and I’ll tell you the BEST CBD I’ve found and it’s taken forever.

Absolutely OK to share your experience with what has helped you, including brand names and products.

I use Voltaren Arthritis gel for shoulder joint pain and sometimes Salonpas patches.

Ok, great! This is the brand I found and it’s actually pretty amazing. You can google it.

Do these gummies relieve your pain and, if so, how much do they help? Also, how many do you take a day? thanks.

Hi, yes! I was surprised but yes, they relieved my pain way better than most anything else I’ve tried in a long time. I only took them as directed on the bottle: once daily.
Hope this helps!

I buy various CBD products from Lazarus Naturals. You can get some with a small amount of THC. You don't need a prescription and they have a program for low income clients and Veteran's that gives 40 to 60 percent off. I have peripheral neuropathy and scoliosis that it helps. You can call them on the phone and they are very good about giving information.
