Anyone experiencing itching on heels of feet??

I have commented on this before several years past. I can get this intense itching on my right foot or left foot (usually at 2 or 3 in the morning, but occasionally in the daytime) but never both feet at the same time. The itch comes in waves of a few seconds and then dissipates. It can appear at various spots of the foot. This can last anyware from a minute or two to several hours. Been to my family physician several times, but no help there. The solution for myself, I discovered, is to stratigically place electrical pads either side of the itch, turn on the machine, and let it do its thing. I named the product I was using in my last post, but I suspect folks thought I was trying to sell a product, so I won't bother naming it again. That electrical current completely stops the waves of intense itching for me.

This sounds like exactly what I’ve had for years now. Been taking Gabapentin for a long time to control it, but I hate this medication because it makes me feel so tired all the time and have brain fog.
I have never heard of this device you say you use. Can you please tell me what exactly it is called.
