Prostatectomy in June 2024. After 2 weeks pain after urinating

I had a simple prostatectomy in June 2024. After 2 weeks pain after urinating like a severe cramp/burning, kept bleeding doc went back in and removed nucrotic tissue. Two weeks later and pain returned. Third surgery went into bladder to remove a very large blood clot. Pain returned again and has not gone away for over 10 weeks. Doc wants to do exploratory surgery and has no idea what’s wrong. MRI shows no problem. When I pee it’s for only a few seconds and the the pain starts and I stop peeing except for a little dribble. Peeing like four to fives times an hour all day and night. Any idea what it could be. I. Amy find anything similar to what I’m having. Any idea would be great right now
